A. Wyllie, situated in Thynne street. Accused pleaded guilty. Constable R. Owen said that at about 11 p.m. a noise was heard on the verandah of the house and a youth who happened to be at the dwelling at the time, visiting a member of the house, went outside and saw defendant standing by the window. He made a rush at him, but defendant was too quick. He darted down and around on to the road. Morning after morning the occupants of the house in question have found footprints on the finely-raked garden on two sides of the house.” Accused was 18 years of age and resided with his parents. He was In regular employment locally. The S.M.: “It is obvious accused needs some supervision. I will admit him to probation for a period of twelve months conditional on him not being out of his home after 8 p.m. during the term.” Personal. Mrs E. M. Wyllie and Miss I.
