Bro. G. Masters (president) was in the chair. The report disclosed a nett increase of membership during the year as 35, which was considered satisfactory, and tho balance-sheet showed the financial position to be good. The report and balance-shet were adopted. The president stating he did not wish to be re elected to that position on account of sickness in his family, Bro. A. E. O’Leary was elected president. Bro. Milne was elected vice-president, Bro. Scrivener secretary-treasurer, and the following a committee: Bros. Masters, Bennett, Bassett, Payne, Rabidge and Taylor. The retiring trustees were re-elected, as also were the auditors. The association expenses fee was fixed at the same as last year. Tho newly-elected president commented on the working of the association and impressed oil all tho desirability of increasing the membership as much as possible to strengthen the executive’s hands m dealing with the board, which continually urged this on tho committee.

It was decided to send a letter to the board thanking them for their cordial co-operation during the past year, and recognising also the attention given to tho association’s business by the board secretary.
