Go-slow Driving in Tokio
APOLOGY TO THE PUBLIC TOKIO, April 25. With true Japanese courtesy, drivers of tramcars and motor-buses apologisod for their inconveniencing the public by a go-slow strike, in which they are reducing speed to eight miles an hour. They are asking for a 20 per cent, increase in wages, and the municipality is offering 6 per cent.
