Pettigrew. Alr and Mrs T. Bardie liavo returned home after staying wilh Mrs T. Button. Airs J. Alackenzio Is at present visiting Rotorua. Air and Mrs Long and their small son have returned to Wellington after spending a holiday with Airs Buddy. After a short stay at her home at Utuwal, Alisa D. Cheyne has returned to Wellington. Airs T. Searlo and Miss J. Searle. of Delaware, are at present away on holiday. Tlie ITtuwal hall was the scene of a very jolly dance on Wednesday evening Despite the heavy rain, quite a crowd of young people gathered, u number Journeying from ns far as Apitl and Klmbolton. Music was supplied for the occasion by Air R. Prince and Air J. Ilansen. of Apitl. Aliss AlcKny played an extra. The duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr W. AlcKegg.
