(Special to "Times") NAPIER, Feb. 15. low traffic cases came before Mr J. Miller, S.M., at the weekly session of the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning. Offences wero dealt with by For failing to give way to a veliiclo approaching from the right at an intersection, E. Torr, of Wellington, steward, was lined £l, with 10/- coats. lan Morris Herbert, of Waioruhe, farmer, was fined £1 10/-, with 10/costs, for failing to give way, and 10/with 10/- costa for driving a car while not the holder of a driving licence. Frederick Thomas Griffiths, of Palmerston North, was fined £1 10/-, with 10/- costs, for driving a motor vehicle without a tail-light. Failure to gite way resulted in Robert Button, of Napier, hardware assistant, being fined £l, with 19/costs. William Yeoman, of Napier, taxidriver, was fined 10/-, with 13/- costs, for failing to notify the deputy* registrar of motor vehicles within seven days of the eale of a registered motor vehicle. Lawrence Redding, of Napier, mechanic, was charged with causing an unnecessary obstruction to traffic at tho corner of Ossian and Dommett streets, Port Ahuriri. The breach cost him 30/in Court coats.
