Dutch Airliner Crashes in Flames
FIFTEEN DEATHS FEARED SHOCKING TRAGEDY NEAR LONDON United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 2 a,m. LONDON, Dec. 9. A K.L.M. liner flying to Amsterdam crashed in flames in a street in Purley, 13 miles from London, a few minutes after leaving Croydon. She carried 14 passengers and a crew of three. It is feared fifteen are dead.
