Reversing the usual studio practice, Walter Wanger’s ‘‘The Strange Conspiracy,” a Paramount Release showing at the Kosy to-day, was filmed behind locked doors. Wanger explained that the change was only to protect the picture’s mystery angle. “The Strange Conspiracy” pictures the kidnapping of the ruler of tho United States, in an effort to hurl the country into a European war for the enrichment of munitions manufacturers.
