MADRAS, Oct. 8. “Congress is going to do its utmost to wreck, destroy aud uproot tho new Constitution,” declared Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, president of the Indian National Congress, speaking at a public meeting. Ho said it would bo fatal for Congressmen to accept office. “Let no Congressman talk anything even remotely resembling co-operation in the working of the new Act.”
