Trouble occurred for Shirley Temple to-day when Jack Hays, independent movie producer, sued the cSild’s parents, and Twentieth Century Fox Films and two banks for 500,000 dollars and a percentage of the earnings, alleging that in 1932 he had a conhuct to train the star. At Atlanta to-day also a youth of 16 was indicted by the Federal Grand Jury for the attempted extortion from Shirley Temple ’s parents of 25,000 dollars.
