For the purposes of comparison the figures for the same quarter last year are given in parentheses: Court sittings, civil, 7 (6); criminal, 13 (12); criminal cases against males, 47 (08); against females, 4 (5); total fees and fines, £lO7 Is 6d (£132 14s); jdaints issued, 60 (53); total amount sued for, £9oo 2s 7d (£498 8s); cases disposed of, 80 (33); total amount claimed in cases disposed of, £6IS 0s 5d (£2OO 3s 7d); total amount recovered, £532 3s 4d (£234 8s)
