Popular West End Dance
On Tuesday evening tho West End school committee’s fortnightly dance drew a record attendance. Bright music was supplied by a professional orchestra, Mr W. Collins acting as M. C. Competition winners proved to be Miss Fagan and Mr Rouse (Gay Gordons), and Mr and Mrs Cutler (Monto Carlo). The couples selected by Miss Townsend to compete in the final of the waltzing competition arc Mr Ferguson and Miss Martin, Mr Kiev ;t and Miss Gleeson, Mr Kelliher and Miss Holfeins. Supper was served by the ladies.
