Coming-of-age Party
On Monday night at tho residence of Mr. and Mrs. H. Knowles, of Bourko street, there was held a party to celebrato the coming-of-uge of Mr. Knowles’ daughter Marjorie. The room was gaily decorated with balloons and streamers. After supper a beautiful cake was cut and a toast to liis daugh ter was proposed by Mr. Knowles. The traditional “key of the door” was then presented by Miss V. Jeffrey. Tut music was supplied by Mr. K. Wood and the duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr. B. Allan. Dancing and games wero tho continued till the early hours of the morning.
