Commonsense All That is Needed

(Special to “Times.”) WANGANUI, Last Night. Dr. Ada Paterson, chief medical officer for Now Zealand schools, was a visitor at the meeting of the Wanganui Education Board to-day. She briefly summarised some of the results of her observations when abroad. "This is still a pioneering country,” said Dr. Paterson, 1 ’and if we can only educate our people to use common things in a sensible way, we will have accomplished much. There is nothing magical, for instance in health camps —just using sunshine, rest and plain food in a sensible way. New Zealand children are a sturdy lot as a whole, but they could be bettor.”
