Oddfellows’ Lodge
QUARTERLY MEETING. At the quarterly meeting of Loyal Mangatainoka Lodge, M.U., 1.0.0. F., Sis. Z. Levy, N.G., presided over a good attendance of members, Two candidates for membership were initiated into the Order and lodge honours were accorded them. Loyal Brittania Lodge, Wellington, and Loyal Combination Lodge, Johnsonville, wrote inviting the lodge to bo represented at social gatherings. P.G. Bro. H. A. Bick was deputed to attend the annual meeting of the Wellington District Hospital Association.
N.G. Sis. Levy reported on the ritual competition held at Eketahuna last week, which was won by Loyal Eketahuna Lodge. The judging was carried out by the South Wairarapa judges, P.D.G.M. Bros. C. J. de Lacey, J. Langley and F. Dennes.
It was decided that the annual dance be again held on Easter Monday and a committee was elected to arrange for this functiou.
