Photographing one of Ethel Merman’s specialties in Paramount’s “Anything Goes,” provided one of Hollywood’s most difficult cinematic problems in recent months. The number was done on an all-glass set and the difficulty arose from the necessity of keeping cameras and lights from being reflected.
