Marshals for Soviet Army
Received Thursday, 9.50 p.m. MOSCOW, Nov. 21. The first of five marshals of the Soviet Union created in accordance with a new decree establishing a supreme rank hitherto unknown in tho Russian army include Marshal Voroshiloff. Defence Commissar, Marshal Egoroff, Chief of the Soviet General Staff, Marshal Blucher, commander of the Soviet’s Far East armv.
