CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP. Asparagus, one bunch, boiling water, one quart, butter four tablespoonfuls, salt and pepper, flour four tablespoonfuls, milk one pint. * Method: Melt butter, add flour, stirring constantly. Then add .the quart, of boiling water in which the asparagus was cooked, and the cut-up asparagus. Stir well. Reason and servo piping hot.
