At the Supremo Court before'Mr. Justice Northcroft, a verdict was returned that Darcy Walter Shaw, who on May 16 shot his father at Geraldine, was insane and for that reason could not plbad to the indictment. Accused was ordered to be conveyed to Sunnysido Mental Hospital.
