Farewell Afternoon to Feilding's District Nurse

During the afternoon Airs, Sporle,. who is chairwoman of the auxiliary, on behalf of the members, presented (Sister Smith with a handsome manicure set, mirror and comb, carried out in black with floral ornamentation, in appreciation of her activities during the many years she has belonged to tho organisation. In a little speech suitable to the occasion. Airs. Sporle referred to the committee's warm affection for the guest of ’ honour and following' loud cheers Sister Smith, who was both deeply touched and surprised, expressed grateful thanks for and appreciation of tho kindly, remarks and pretty gift.
