Last Respects to Late Mr Cunninghame

FUNERAL HELD YESTERDAY Thero were many old friends present to pay their last respects to tho late Air John Cunninghamo when his funeral took placo yesterday, a lengthy cortege following to tho Kelvin Grove cemetery. Services at St. Paul’s Alethodist Church, of which Mr Cunninghamo had for a long period been a trustee, and at tho graveside were conducted by Rev. A. N. Seotter.

The pall-bearers were “Messrs T. R. Hodder, L. H. Collinson, R. C. Donald, W. B. Cameron, A. G. Roo and A. F. Maxwell (Auckland), Mr Maxwell being a nephew of Mr Cunninghamo.

Numerous beautiful floral tributes testified to tho esteem in which Mr Cunninghamo was held. Included among the wreaths wero those from Messrs G. Whiteaway and Co. (London) ; tho firms of Messrs Collinson and Cunninghamo, Ltd., the C. M. Ross Co., Ltd., and tho Premier Drapery Co., Ltd.; the Plunket Society, Loyal Orange Lodge No. IS (Palmerston North), St. Paul’s Methodist Guild, the tea-room staff, meu employees, showroom staff and other departments of the firm of Collinson and Cunninghame, Ltd.
