At tlie Feilding Civic Club' luncheon yesterday, Mr. L. A. Wild delivered a very thought-provoking address on the subject of “Peace or War,” his remarks being based upon the thoughts arising from the questionnaire on the subject that had been prepared by the students of the Victoria University for the purposo of debate. At the conclusion of his talk, Air. Wild was cordially thanked on the motion of Mr. W. E. Carthew. The chair was occupied by Mr. C. M. Sargisson, the club’s president.
