Feilding Magistrate’s Court
rORTNIGHTLY SITTING.
Mr. E. M. Watson, S.M., presided over the fortnightly sitting of the Feilding Magistrate’s Court held yesterday. For failing to give way to traffic approaching on his right, Christian Hansen was lined 30s and costs 10s. The prosecution arose out of a collision between two motor-cars at the intersection of Beattie and Hobson streets when defendant failed to observe the right hand rule. A fine of 30s and costs 24s was imposed on Kotimana Tec?fx, of Kau whata, for allowing stock to wander on the highway in the Kairanga County.
