No action will be taken by the Victorian Government to encourage largescale migration of Victoria. The Ministerial view, given to-day, is that owing to the large number of unemployed now in the Stats such a policy would spell industrial suicide. Victoria’s attitude thus supports that of tho New Zealand Primo Minister (Mr. Eorbes).
