United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 9.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Sept. 22. New Y'ork city officials announced today that a world's fair commemorating tho 150th anniversary of the establishment of Federal Government would bo held in 1939-40 on a 1000-acrc tract in Queensborough. It is expected the project will cost in excess of 40,000,000 dollars.
