Alan Kippax, whom tho Board of Control refused to allow to join Tarrant’s team to India, lias received a private invitation from Maharajah Patiala to visit India and presumably to play- with the Maharajah’s eleven against the touring side. Kippax said he would reach a decision within a few days.
