Airman Missing in Wilds of New Guinea
MAY HAVE TWO MECHANICS WITH HIM

SYDNEY, July 25.
A report has been, received from New Guinea that Flight-Lieuten-ant S. A. Campbell, a prominent Australian airman, is missing in the wild country in the Fly river district over which he has flown on mining business. It is also believed that W. Hellon and George Howden, two mechanics, may he in the plane. A Southampton flying-boat, which is at present surveying the Syd-ney-Darwin route, has left the Gulf of Carpentaria in order to search for Campbell.
