There are seven races on the programme, which is duo to commence at 11.50 a.m., and in addition there will be a parade of yearlings before the first race. For some years now racing enthusiasts have looked to Awapuni stables to produce something well above the average in the way of rising two-year-olds, and this year is not going to prove the exception to the rule. Last year Severe, Legatee and Svmeony, to mention only three youngsters, gave Awapuni a strong hand in two-year-old events, and if anything the centre will' be even stronger than it was twelve months ago.
Awapuni trainers who have signified that they will be represented in tomorrow’s parade are: — J. P. Coyle: Lavish (Limond— Impudence).
George New: Kinsfolk (PosterityEpisode). \V. E. Pine: Dawning Light (Arausio—Aureate), Jovial Prince (Laughing Prince —Thrift), and. Mirth (Laughing Prince —Maudanc). Luke Wilson: Black Fox (Nigger Minstrel—Silver Grey), Patter (Nigger Minstrel—Table Talk). Betting System
The betting system for to-morrow will be single pool with two dividends in fields of live or more starters. ENGLISH DERBY RIDERS Some time ago S.
