The euchre and dance arranged by the drama circle will be held on August 21, full particulars of which will be advertised. Last week the Manawatu Drainage Board’s employees were at work cleaning out tho various drains in the district. Milson’s and Cameron’s lines have been getting very pot-holed lately and roadmen are giving Milson’s line a coat of metal which is not pleasant to pedestrians or cyclists but when settled down should make a good surface.
