Mount Richards Road
From Our Own Correspondent. Miss Beth Whitlock, of Aramoho, Wanganui, is visiting Mount' Richards as the guest of Miss I. Roberts. Mr N. Foriong has returned to ■ Mount Richards after a touring holiday spent around Wanganui and New Plymouth.
- Congratulations to Mr Frank... Roberts who celebrated'- his coming-of-age on Thursday last. Congratulations also, to his sister, Miss Anne Roberts, who is celebrating' a birthday anniversary in New Plymouth. . This time basketball players decided to hold a basketball practice on Friday instead of Saturday, as it has been concluded that the latter day has some uncanny- influence over Mount Richards weather. Whether or not that is true has not quite been proved, but a successful practice was held on Friday. The footballers played at Waitunn. The Rev. Mr H. B. Goertz conducted evensong at Mount Richards Anglican Church on Sunda.v. A fair attendance resulted
