From Our Own Correspondent. A ping pong team consisting of Miss L. Gore, Messrs. J. Gore, K. Thomas, C. Cheetham, L. Little and R. Sullivan journeyed lo Palmerston North to play a match with a Y.M.C.A. team on Tuesday last. A pleasant evening was spent, Te Arakura eventually winning from the homo team by 25 games to 31. Mr.-Eric Whisker has returned home after spending a holiday in Ihe Waikato.

Mr. H. Tc Oka has returned homo .from hospital. Messrs. S. Bagley and I). Burley, North Auckland, are tho guests of Mr. L. Hansen. Mrs. Dunn and Miss Irene Dunn are the guests ot Miss Ida Dunn, Cameron’s line. Mr. W. Jones, Cameron's line, who has been indisposed for several weeks, is slightly better.
