From Our Own Correspondent. A happy function was held on Friday night when the Women's Institute celebrated its third birthdty. Euchre prizes were won by Mrs J. Caliescn and Mr G. Mabey and consolation prizes were awarded to Mrs J. Hearsey and Mr C. Shirriffs. A competition for a pink doll was won by Mrs W. Maclde Smith and a bean competition by Mrs Peters. The statue .dance was won by Miss J. Beil and Mr Green and the Monte Carlo by Miss R. Ridley and Mr Stepburn. Extras for the dancing were played by Mr C. Shirriffs and M R. Cooksley was M. C.
