Right of Way on Hills

PRESENT UNWRITTEN LAW. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. In the Legislative Council this afternoon, in reply to Hon. V. A. Ward, Hon. 11. Masters said the Government would be pleased to inquire into the question' as to whether the present unwritten law that downhill troffic give way to uphill traffic was in the best interests of safety. The Minister added that action would be taken if the inquiries indicated that a change in the present position was desirable.
