Miss E. AfcQuiu is returning to Oamaru to-day after some weoks spent with Airs. J. D. AlcQuin, Feilding.
Aliss Ngaire Harrison returned to her homo in Wellington this week after a month spent with her aunt, Airs. V. E. Smith, Feilding.
Mrs. Bigg, accompanied by* her daughter, Aliss Doris Rigg, has returned to Wellington after a short visit to Airs. C. A. J. Lovett, Feilding.
Airs. Clore and her family*, of Wellington, iyho have been visiting relatives in Feilding, returned homo early this week.
Aliss Leslie Hair, .of Kimbolton, has returned to her home after spending a few days with Aliss Norah Beattie, Mangaono road, Feilding.
Air. and Airs. P. G. Allies, of Feilding, together with their family, spent the week-end with Air. and Airs. Vivian Smith, of Taihape.
Aliss E. Al. Taylor, a member of the staff of tho Feilding Agricultural High School, returned to Feilding early this week from lior home in Auckland.
Aliss Joyce Reed, of Wellington, whose marriage with Mr. C. Brandt will shortly take place, is at present the guest of Mrs. H. Brandt, Prince street, Feilding.
Aliss Partes, of Wellington, who has been the guest of Airs. W. G. Fry, Alakino, returned to her home last Atonday.
Aliss Laura Haybittle, who has been spending a week with her sister, Alts. K. Al. Little, Feilding, and who also visited Auckland and Rotorua, returned on Atonday to Wellington.
Airs. C. G. C. Dernier, of Cheltenham, accompanied by hor sister, Airs. Bishworth, left by* car for Wellington, where they intefid spending a. few days.
Aliss Kathleen Hopkinson, of Greymouth, who has been spending a few days with friends in Feilding, has taken a position on tho staff of tho Cheltenham School which reopened this week.
Two nurses from the Palmerston North Hospital, Misses H. Bramw.ell and A. Aldntosh, recently- made an eight-day* journey down the Wanganui river from Taumarunui in a flat-bot-tomed boat. They had an enjoyable trjp, which was probably the first of its type attempted by two women.
