Italy Plans Big Loan
ADVERSE BALANCE OF TRADE United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copy righ t. ROME, Nov. 19. Tho Government is launching a £34,500,000 loan owing to the adverse balance of trade. Tho expenditure on public works to assist unemployment is resulting in a drain of £2,000,000 on the gold reserve monthly.
