Feilding’s Spring Flower Show

The extremely favourable weather conditions experienced in Fcilding have been reflected in the flower gardens which aro now looking at their best with a profusion of blooms. All tho rose gardens havo been looking lovely during the past few weeks and tho recent rains have had a beneficial effect which should make tho flowers moro beautiful than ever. It now remains for flower-lovers to combine for the spring flower show which will be held in tho Drill Hall on Friday afternoon and evening. It is in their power to make this show a memorable one and tho support already promised suggests that the society will have a very beautiful exhibition to offer the general public.

The committee of the society expect to receive loyal support from exhibitors of decorative work, this part ot the show being always a. great credit to Fcilding. All friends of tho society and those interested in the cultivation of flowers aro asked to give the show their help, for the sake of a. good institution.

Luncheon and afternoon tea will be available at the hall and a produce stall is being arranged in order to help the finances. Donations for the tea and the stall will be gratefully accepted.
