JAPAN BUYING WOOL. MELBOURNE AND BRISBANE. MELBOURNE, Nov. 20. The wool sales have been i—umed. A fair selection was submitted. Japanese buyers were the chief operators. As compared with last sales' results prices were 5 to 74 per cent, lower. Merinos sold up to comeback to 14-id.' BRISBANE, Nov. 20. Brisbane wool sales were resumed. The market was generally firm as compared with rates ruling in Sydney last, week. Japan was the principal buyer. Top prices realised for greasy wool were laid per lb., and scoured 24d per lb.
