Breaking and Entering of Store

TWO MEN BEFORE SUPREME COURT Per Press Association, HAMILTON, Last Night. Charges of breaking and entering the store of Veda Cole at Tokoroa on September 13 and stealing groceries and clothing of a value of £65 were preferred in the Supreme Court at Hamilton against Frederick Harvey McGregor and Colin Yeatman. McGregor pleaded not guilty, while Yeatman pleaded guilty and was remanded for sentence. The jury, after a brief retirement, returned a verdict, of guilty against McGregor.
