SYDNEY WILL EXTEND WARM v WELCOME Received Tuesday. 9.5 pm. SYDNEY, Nov. 20. Prince Henry is assured of a warm welcome to Sydney on Thursday. Decorations throughout the city are nearing completion, although they will be nothing like the lavish scale in Melbourne. A Venetian carnival on the harbour on Saturday night will' be the outstanding attraction.
