Man Drowned in Bath
NIGHT PORTER’S DISCOVERY Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Noticing water trickling into the passage; from under the closed door of a room in the early hours of yesterday morning, the night porter of a private hotel in Wellington forced the door and found a man submerged in the bath, into which water was still running. The man, Arthur Francis Stone, of Brown street, Dunedin, was dead. He was a middle-aged man and had arrived from the south the previous morning.
