CONFERENCE TO BE HELD SHORTLY. United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Monday, 11.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 17. The Minister for Commerce (.Mr. Stewart) announced to-day that a conference would be held between the New Zealand and Australian Governments shortly, probably at Canberra, respecting the embargo on citrus fruits and other matters of mutual interest. It is expected that Messrs. Coates and Forbes will attend the conference on behalf of New Zealand.
