SHOPKEEPER SHOT DEAD BY BANDITS Uuitcd Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. SYDNEY, Sept. 2. Ignoring a demand to put up his hands, Paul Drasdoff, aged 45, a Russian, was shot dead in his suburban shop by a youthful bandit who, with a companion, was interfering with the till when they were surprised by Drasdoff.
Tho men escaped in tho darkness before they could be overtaken by Drasdoff’s wife.
