Ottawa Agreement Mutual Benefit

The Select Committee appointed by the Central Legislature to examine the working of the Ottawa Agreement expressed tho opinion that on the w.hoie the agreement had mutually benefited the contracting parties and the preferences given by India had not adversely affected tho Indian consumer or Indian revenues.
