Tho flowers for tho supper tables wero arranged by Mrs. Dowrick. “Maori Memories” will bo tho subject of tho address to bo delivered at the Feilding Civic Club luncheon to-day by Mr. J. H. Stovens, of Palmerston North. Mr. Stevens is well qualified to speak on this absorbing subject which should attract a largo gathering of members. Albert Michael Prcndergast, who appeared before Mr. J. W. Bramwcll, J.P., at tho Feilding Courthouso yesterday, in connection with affiliation proceedings, was remanded to appear at Ashburton to-morrow. Due to a typographical error our report of the annual meeting of tho Oroua Bowling Club stated that Mr. S. D Pearce was elected president instead of vice-president. Mr. C. Hausmann was elected president.
