Heat Wave to Heavy Rain

Following heat wave conditions in the early part of the week, most of the State is now experiencing drenching Tains. Very heavy falls occurred on the North Coast, and tho rivers have leached a high level. Flood warnings have been issued by the Weather Bureau.
