Four Operations Every Year
.At Margate, .England, recently, a jury awarded £IBOO damages to Thomas Sidney Bullock against John Patrick Brown, for injuries sustained in an accident at Northdown, Margate, in August last year.
Evidence was given that defendant's car ran into plaintiff’s bicycle from behind. The plaintiff had a fractured base of the skull, causing permanent loss of the sense of smell and partial loss of taste. The accident, would necessitate an operation every three months for life,
