To-morrow’s Rugby Football Games
So far this soason the football has been of a very high standard. Last Saturday those -who did not witnoss the matches on the oval missed a real treat. To-morrow promises to bo just as good. The curtain-raiser at 1.15 p.m. will be a tip-top gamo between United and Old Boys. The lattor will be out to make amends for their failare last week, while United can always be depended upon to make things interesting and thrilling. The star attraction at 2.45 p.m. will bo betwoen Kia Toa and St. Patrick’s. The St. Patrick’s team has improved considerably since their meeting with Kia Toa in the last round, and this week’s meeting should prove to be one of the best games of the season. Both teams have been training hard for this meeting and are very keen for it. There will be staged a midget gamo when the Terrace End B team will meet Bussell Street. The other games set down for the Showgrounds promise to be well worth witnessing. Tho matches will be St. Patrick’s and Kia Toa juniors, No. 4, at 1.15 p.m.; Old Boys v. Bunnythorpe, No. 5, 2.45. At Feilding the public will be treated to something raro when Massey College take the field against the Feilding Old Boys. Tho light blues have been in hard training for this game, and will bo Tight out to lower the colours of the championship leaders. Teams for Saturday Old Boys’ seniors v.
