In their comment on tho work of the teams, the judges stated that the display of water work was of a very high standard throughout. The work of Pierard, of Terrace End, was particularly good. The rescuers, however, displayed a tendency to bo over-eager. The land work was also very good, but a noticeable fault was the tendency to lift the hands in the resuscitation of warmth, whilo the releases wore rather slow. In som'o cases, too, tho work was done with tho tips of the lingers instead of with the palm of the hand. Special reference was made to the highly finished exhibition of water work by the Misses Kevcrc, of Fcilding.
