WARM SPRING, Georgia, Jan. 30.
'The organisation of the new Democratic Government took shape rapidly here on Monday as President-elect Roosevelt conferred with his closest political advisers. The following appear certain to be members of the Cabinet: — Senator Carter Glass, of Virginia, Secretary of the Treasury. Senator Walsh, of Montana, AttorneyGeneral. Mr. James Farley, of New York, rostmastcr-Gcneral. Miss Frances Perkins, of New York, Secretary of Labour. There is reason to believe that pressure is being brought to bear on Mr. Owen D. Young, the New York iinancier and economist and originator of the Young Plan of reparations, to become Secretary of State.
