Bowden, costs only, S/; same v. Mary C. Cook, £1 14/3, costs 10/; Dcmpsy and Litchfield (as liquidators, Hawke’s Bay Floats, Ltd.) v. \V. Deslica, £2 10/, costs £1 3/6; game v. J. Ebbett, £l, costs 8/; Taylor and Pointon, Ltd. (Mr. Gordon) v. L. Wood, £2 2/; costs £1 5/6; J. L. Bennett, Ltd. (Mr. McLcavcy) v. Z. C. Jensen, £3, costs £1 5/6; Ford Motors, Manawatu, Ltd. (Mr. McLcavcy) vi A. Beatty, £1 18/7, costs 8/; Innes and Oakley (Mr. Laurcnson) v. C. E. Petersen, £5 16/6, costs £1 10/6. W. D. Stout was ordered to pay P. H. .Moseley (Mr. Sinclair) £6 6/ at the rate of £1 a month, in default five days’ •imprisonment.
