There is a general feeling that the twilight of Hitlerism has arrived, and the Nazis are expected to lose many seats at the elections next Sunday. It is believed that Dr. Von Papon’s plans for reform of the Constitution include the raising of the voting age from 20 to 25, disfranchising about six millions and depriving the extrome parties—Hitlerites and Communists — of their mainstay, the young voter.
